My order arrived with one item damaged and another one missing, which was frustrating. Support did get back to me, but it took around a few messages back and forth before anything was actually handled. The replacement did show up eventually, just a lot slower than I expected

As soon as I started installing it, I was like, wait… what am I supposed to do next? The instructions were okay overall, but some of the steps were kind of confusing and could definitely be explained better.

I was looking up a few parts for my truck and their prices were a lot higher than what I found on other sites. Even after factoring in shipping, it still didn’t really make sense to order from them. What made it more annoying is when you bring up stuff like this and just get some canned apology back, like that’s supposed to make the price difference any better
