My order arrived with one item damaged and another one missing, which was frustrating. Support did get back to me, but it took around a few messages back and forth before anything was actually handled. The replacement did show up eventually, just a lot slower than I expected

As soon as I started installing it, I was like, wait… what am I supposed to do next? The instructions were okay overall, but some of the steps were kind of confusing and could definitely be explained better.

I was looking up a few parts for my truck and their prices were a lot higher than what I found on other sites. Even after factoring in shipping, it still didn’t really make sense to order from them. I ended up buying the parts somewhere else. What made it more annoying is when you bring up stuff like this and just get some canned apology back, like that’s supposed to make the price difference any better

I ordered the cover expecting a straightforward install, but it ended up being a lot more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions felt rushed, and a few parts didn’t line up the way they should have, so the whole thing took way longer than expected. I get that not everything is perfect, but it seems fair to expect clear directions and parts that fit properly when you’re paying for a product.

I ordered a part and the delivery date just kept changing... which was super frustrating!! I had to keep checking the tracking myself because there really weren’t any clear updates. It finally showed up later than I expected. The product itself was fine, no issues there!!! But waiting around and not knowing what was going on was annoying...

It felt overpriced for what I ended up getting. For that kind of money, I was expecting better quality and a smoother ordering experience, but it just didn’t really come together. They make it seem like it’ll be nicer than it is, and I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from here again.

"Slower support than I expected"
I ordered from Performance Truck Products and had a shipping question after placing my order. I wasn’t expecting instant replies, but I did think I’d hear back within a reasonable amount of time, and it ended up taking longer than I was comfortable with.
They did eventually respond, and the product itself was fine, but the waiting around made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Based on what I expected from an online store, the customer service felt a bit too slow for me.

"Confusing tracking and support made it worse"
I ordered from performancetruckproducts.com and the item did eventually show up, but the tracking was confusing. The email updates didn’t really tell me much, so I kept having to check around myself just to figure out where the package was. It also took longer than I expected, and most days I had no idea what was going on with it. When I reached out, support didn’t really help much and kind of made it feel like I was the one missing something. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

The fitment info said this would work with my truck, but it didn’t match up when I tried to install it. Then the return process turned into such a hassle that I felt kind of trapped with something I couldn’t even use.

"Good product, but the updates were frustrating"
I ordered from performancetruckproducts.com the product itself turned out fine. What stuck with me, though, was the waiting and not knowing what was going on. I remember checking my email a few times and feeling that little bit of frustration build because I had to reach out more than once just to get a basic update.

They did eventually reply, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the communication felt slow and a little unclear. It would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot better if they had kept me in the loop without me having to chase them down...

I saw a discount advertised and figured I’d be getting a good deal, but by the time I got to checkout, the promo code barely took anything off. It felt a little misleading. I remember their deals being better before, but now the prices still seem high compared to other sites even after the discount. Disappointing overall
